My attempt at growing Maple trees from seedings plucked from the lawn. Maybe in about 4 or 5 years I can transplant into the ground?

- I am an unschooling mom with two incredible kids (J - 9 yrs old C - 7 yrs old) and am married to a really sweet, hard working guy (G - really old! hehehe). We live in a beautiful semi-rural area nestled against the Niagara Escarpment with our beloved pets - Cassie the Miniature Schnauzer, Marbles the orange tabby, Walter the long haired grey cat, George the short haired grey cat and finally Blue and Angel the Japanese fighting fish.
